Inquiry / Vibe check

call or in person (20min)

Discovering if a therapist is right for you or your young person can be stressful and challenging. To make this more manageable, we offer a free 20-minute inquiry appointment in person, virtual, or by phone.

This is your or your young persons’ opportunity to ask questions, present concerns, and have a vibe check beyond what is on offer here. There is no obligation to continue afterwards.

Initial Session (90 minutes)

Full Fee: $180

The initial 90-minute session allows space for connecting and getting to know and understand your unique circumstances, which have led you to seek therapy. It also allows time to explore your values, beliefs, and goals and develop a plan for your time with us.

Ongoing Sessions - in-person or online

$150 - 60 minutes

$210 - 90 minutes *

The session following the initial session is a space for you to bring in any parts of you that need time and consideration. This time belongs to you for skill-building, understanding, curiosity and healing.

While many clients prefer to attend weekly or fortnightly, you decide the number of sessions and frequency.

*90-minute sessions are primarily for clients wanting full Internal Family Systems experiences; however, anyone may opt for 90-minute sessions if they prefer.

We don’t want cost to be the reason why you cannot attend therapy. Please feel free contact us to discuss your situation, we can work with you to arrange a payment plan.

**Rates for NDIS, Workcover & Return to Work Clients will be charged at the set government rate**

We do not offer Medicare rebates or private health rebates at this stage.

In-between Session Phone Support

At No Cost

Access to message support, when you need it in a crisis and between sessions, is an option I extend to all my clients.
