My Approach

I integrate trauma-informed, evidence-based models like Internal Family Systems, mindfulness, and behavioural neuroscience. But this isn’t a clinical checklist. It’s human work.

I believe:

  • All parts of you are trying to help

  • Growth doesn’t require perfection

  • Real change starts with real safety

  • You're already doing the best you can with the tools you have
