Therapy That Starts With Trust
Support for neurodivergent teens and their families in Adelaide.
Hi, I’m Ben.
I’m a psychotherapist based in Adelaide.
I work with neurodivergent teens who are overwhelmed, burnt out, anxious, or shutting down, and with parents who are trying their best, but feel like nothing is working.
I’m also neurodivergent and a former teacher. So I understand what it’s like to feel out of step, exhausted by school systems, and unsure how to move forward.
What I Offer
I offer neurodivergent children and teens a calm and emotionally safe space for your teen to understand themselves, and for your family to reconnect without blame.
My approach is:
Trust-first – we go at your child or teen’s pace
Skills-based – emotional regulation, communication, self-awareness
Lived experience – grounded in real-world understanding, not judgment
ND-affirming – no “fixing,” no forced masking
Who This Is For
Children and teens aged 12–18
Parents feeling stuck, disconnected, or burnt out
Families who’ve “tried everything” including talk therapy.
Private clients or NDIS (self-managed or plan-managed)
Joining the waitlist
I keep my practice intentionally small so I can offer focused, relationship-based support.
When a space becomes available, I offer it to the next person on my waitlist.
Joining the waitlist means:
You’ll be contacted when a space opens
There’s no obligation or pressure to take the spot
You’re simply staying in the loop
